RULES FOR RENTING THE CLUBHOUSE

Any homeowner or lessee of a home can rent the clubhouse if the homeowner’s Association dues are current and the homeowner’s right to use the facilities has not been suspended.

Clubhouse Hours:

Sunday through Thursday the clubhouse must be vacated by 10:00 p.m.

Friday and Saturday the clubhouse must be vacated by midnight.

Failure to vacate on time may result in the loss of your security deposit.

The clubhouse rental fee is $100.00. In addition there is a refundable $300.00 Security/Damage deposit.

The clubhouse rental fee and security/damage deposit must be submitted to the Association office at least 14 days prior to the event date in order to hold your reservation.

Maximum occupancy is 38 people. Violation of this rule can result in immediate eviction from the room by the Fire Marshall, ACS Security, or any Board member or employee of the Association. The security/damage deposit will be forfeited.

5. Pool parties are prohibited. The pool, pool area and tennis courts are not included in any rental and may not be used under any circumstances.

The patio can be tented but nothing can be attached to the roof of the clubhouse. Open space must be left so that homeowners can access the pool area, tennis courts or nature trails.

The clubhouse will be inspected after it is used. The refund of your security/damage deposit will be based on the condition of the room.

The clubhouse can be used only for private, legal, non-profit social or educational events. No commercial use is allowed and the charging for admission or donations is not permitted.

No gambling or the sale of alcohol is allowed. No smoking is allowed. Violation may result in the forfeit of your deposit.

The homeowner or lessee who contracted to rent the clubhouse must be present at all times.

Children must be supervised. If half of the guests are under the age of 18, you must hire an ACS Security officer to be present during the entire event. A copy of the ACS contract must be provided to the Association office at least 48 hours prior to the event or the reservation will be cancelled.

No furniture may be removed from the clubhouse with the exception of the stacking chairs and folding tables which must be put back into the room immediately after the event.

All rental furniture, etc. must be removed from the room by 9: 00 a.m. Monday morning following a weekend event. If the event was held during the week, all rentals must be removed by the following day.

If any rules are not adhered to, your deposit will be forfeited and the Board may call a special hearing and levy a fine.

No commercial use of the room is allowed, i.e., no admission charge, donation, or "passing the hat" is permitted.

No bands or amplified music is allowed.

By signing this agreement you are indicating that you have read these rules and

will abide by them. The renter agrees that, except as the result of active negligence

of Beverly Glen Park Homeowner’s Association, Inc., the renter will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Association, its members, its officers and employees from any claims, losses, expenses, or any cost whatsoever including, but not limited to those resulting from bodily injury including death and/or damage to property of third parties, the owner, the Association, its owners, Directors, Officers and employees arising out of the function reserved herewith.
