IN, 1996 the Board of Directors of Beverly Glen Park passed a Resolution prohibiting residents from conducting garage sales at their homes. 

“…No one shall be allowed to conduct any type of garage sale, lawn sale or any other type of sale of new or used goods from any common appurtenant area at the Project or within any unit or garage…” 

This resolution was passed in accordance with Article 6, section 6.1 c of the CC&R’s, which prohibits commercial activity.   

This Resolution is an effort to maintain the Project as a first-class residential community.
