Election Notice

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Section 4 of the By-laws of the above mentioned Association, and the annual meeting of the members shall be held as follows:

Time:
The annual meeting convenes at 8:00 p.m.
(Proxies will be accepted until the time of the election)

Place:
Beverly Glen Park Homeowner's Association Clubhouse 2830 Woodwardia Drive, Bel Air, California 90077

Purpose:
The annual homeowner's meeting is for the purpose of the election of the 2005 Board of Directors. An election will be conducted to elect five (5) members to the Board for the 2005 term. Voting will commence at 8:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse. A ballot listing nominees is enclosed.

Each home unit is allowed five (5) votes for Directors The votes may be cast for one candidate or distributed among the candidates.

You need not be present in order to vote. In the event you cannot attend the election meeting and vote personally, you can appoint someone as your proxy.

Should you find yourself attending the meeting in person and requesting to change your vote, you may request that your proxy be returned to you.

IN ORDER TO VOTE BY PROXY, YOU MUST USE THE ENCLOSED PROXY FORM AS DESCRIBED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, also enclosed.

If you CANNOT or DO NOT intend to vote in person on Friday, January 14,2005, please fill in your proxy NOW and use the enclosed stamped envelope and mail it to the Beverly Glen Park Homeowner's Association at 2830 Woodwardia Drive, Bel Air Ca. 90077.
